Hotel price match

Book a hotel here. If you find the same room cheaper on Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com or the hotel's own website, we'll refund you the difference.

How to claim

1. Find the lower price within 24 hours of booking with us, and before check-in.
2. Email hello@bookendpartners.com with your booking reference and a screenshot or link showing the lower price.
3. We check it and refund the difference within 7 days of confirming the claim.

What counts as the same room

• Same hotel, same check-in and check-out dates, same number of guests.
• Same room type and the same cancellation terms (refundable vs non-refundable).
• Compared on the total price including taxes and fees, in the same currency.
• The lower price must be publicly bookable. Member-only, loyalty, package, coupon or mobile-app-only prices don't count.

Applies to hotel bookings only, one claim per booking. Vacation homes and other stays are not covered.
